For thirty years, I have alternated between shipping incredible products that have been category leaders, generating exceptional profits, and creating exceptional zero-defect organizations that have exceeded expectations. I excel at finding the best path to the customer for an engineering organization and finding outcomes where no one has considered looking. Whether I have been inside the organization, like Zynga, Digital Chocolate, Hi5 Networks, or Research In Motion,
or as an outside consultant for Blizzard, Samsung, Verizon, and The Clorox Corporation, I have created outsized business outcomes that are felt by billions of people in their everyday lives. I practice centurion-style leadership, leading by example from the front to drive innovation, expand blue ocean markets, and capture market share in red ones. I continue to craft, command, and coach equally as a leader and a professional.
