Tim Walter
Tim Walter serves as Chief Information Officer for Edward Don & Company, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, operations, and DON.com. He works across departments to align IT infrastructure with a data-driven, customer-centric approach, enhancing both internal processes and the customer experience. Tim’s leadership in developing a Sales RFP/Quoting tool earned DON the prestigious 2025 CIO 100 Business Innovation Award. He also was the recipient of the Orbie 2025 CIO of the Year for Large Enterprises.Â
Prior to joining DON, Tim held senior IT leadership roles including Global SVP/CIO/CISO for Randa Apparel, CIO at Packaging Wholesalers, XSport Fitness, RMG Networks, and CrossCom National—where he earned the 2010 CIO 100 Award for Sustainable Innovation. Earlier in his career, he contributed to the growth of Uline Shipping Supplies and held leadership positions at Ameritech, Arthur Andersen, ServiceMaster, and Zurich American Insurance.Â
